Question:
Why do some people assume a product is healthy just because it has one word that sounds healthy out of all the ingredients that it actually contains.

Comment:
I used to be guilty of reading something about a product I liked and the moment I saw high protein or made with whole grain, etc. and I would show my mom and she would usually let me get it. But as my mom started to become more aware with good nutrition she would start to look at the ingredients and if she saw something she didn't like she would say to put it back. Now I have my own freedom to choose what I want to eat in the house. Even though it takes some time to look at the ingredients of a product, it is worth it to know what you are really eating.
